A Thai man was arrested in the city on Monday after authorities busted an alleged sex-trafficking enterprise selling prescription medicines for treating erectile dysfunction.
The man, who identified himself as Anushul Chih, was arrested by authorities after they busted the business in the northern city of Thammasat.
The authorities found two boxes of the prescription drugs, labelled as Viagra and Cialis, inside, and a batch of sildenafil, which is in different versions.
They also found two boxes of the herbal medicine, which is made by the manufacturer of the drug, Dr Reddys, which is sold by privatecepts and is available to buy without a prescription in all cities in the United States.
The medicines are intended to treat the symptoms of Erectile Dysfunction (impotence).
The suspect then allegedly put the drugs in a bag and stole their packaging and shipping.
Anushul Chih allegedly stole the medicines and handed them to his partner, who then took them to her house, where they were given to a police officer, who was arrested.
The man was then charged with the offence of possession of prescription drugs with intent to supply.
The police officer said that they believe that the drugs were intended to treat erectile dysfunction, and would be sold in the same manner as other medicines.
According to the police, Chih also had a prescription for the herbal medicine, which is sold by Dr Reddys. He allegedly handed the pills to his partner, who took them to their house.
Chih allegedly then put the pills in a bag and stole their packaging and shipping.
The suspect allegedly also put the pills in his car and drove away.
The police officer said that the suspect took the pills to their house and then ran into the streets.
The man was arrested after the police arrested Chih and a nearby police station.
